In 2003 Lucious B. Oliver II, founded TOBY Ministries, an acronym for To Bless You Ministries, a ministry created to assist in bringing clarity and solutions in everyday struggles and problems of life.
The goal is to help individuals understand the greatest achievement of life is to discover self-worth and value, from salvation through Jesus Christ.
TOBY Ministries delivers practical solutions to bring lost and searching individuals into fellowship with its creator, with facilitating workshops, seminars, conferences and revivals TOBY ministries opens up a path that leads God’s people into an era of divine wellness and ultimately prepares an end-time generation for the Kingdom of God.
Our passion is building a spiritually healthy community founded in the love of Christ. This is achieved by mentoring individuals into an intimate relationship with Jesus resulting in lives that will shine into a dark world as the glory of God rests in them.
